Position: FLEXIBLE COVER SUPERVISORS - Needed Across the West Midlands
Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools

Location:

Dudley
• Wolverhampton
• Birmingham
Start: ASAP
Pay: £90–£130 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor or school-based professional confident leading classrooms?

Due to high demand from secondary schools last term, we are recruiting reliable Cover Supervisors to support schools across Dudley, Wolverhampton and Birmingham.

What you’ll be doing :

• Supervising classes using pre-set work

• Managing classroom behaviour and routines

• Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher

• Supporting school policies and expectations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working within a secondary setting (minimum 12 months)

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
