• Create and implement Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) to support students' progress

• Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting students with additional needs to reach their full potential
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with a variety of learning styles
