Pay Rate: 162 - 232 per day (depending on experience)

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more.
• Work closely with the SENCO and other team members to create tailored learning strategies and support individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and progress.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Support the emotional and social development of students in a nurturing setting.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Expertise in adapting lessons for students with varying needs and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
• A patient, empathetic approach with a passion for helping children succeed in a SEN environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the broader school community to support students' individual growth.
