Pay Rate: 162 - 232 per day (dependent on experience).

Provide tailored, high-quality teaching for students with Special Educational Needs.

• Deliver tailored, high-quality teaching for students with Special Educational Needs.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including SENCOs, support staff, and parents.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient approach to teaching.
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well‑being.
