Are you experienced in supporting children with SEND and ready for a rewarding new challenge? A welcoming primary school in the Winson Green area is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.

You'll be working closely with a small group of children with a range of needs, providing a mix of 1:1 and small group support to help them flourish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing tailored 1:1 support to children with additional needs
Leading small group interventions within the SEND hub
Supporting emotional regulation, communication and social development
Working alongside the SENCO and class teacher to deliver individual learning plans
Promoting independence in a nurturing, structured environment

What We're Looking For:

A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent within a related subject
Previous experience supporting children with SEND (school or specialist setting)
Confident working with a range of needs, including ASD and speech/language needs
Calm, patient and resilient - with a genuine passion for helping children thrive
Relevant training or qualifications (e.g. Team Teach, PECS, Makaton) are a bonus
