Teacher Active is proud to be working in partnership with a dedicated Primary Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school in Stechford. We are currently seeking Level 2 or 3 qualified SEND Learning Support Assistants to join our team for the new academic year.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive and nurturing professional to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive network of experienced education specialists.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience working with children or young people with SEND
✅ Background supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
✅ A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Experience with any of the following needs is highly desirable:

Autism / ASD

SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)

PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties)

SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)

EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties)

ADD / ADHD
