Cover Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher

* Deliver pre-set work to students across Key Stage 3 and 4

* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

* Provide feedback to the teaching team on student progress and behaviour

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, etc.)

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Adaptable, confident, and proactive attitude

* A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
