A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is committed to supporting children’s academic progress and personal development in a positive learning environment.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will;
Provide High- quality support to Pupils across the school, including 1:1 support
Assist the classroom Teacher in engaging and delivering differential lessons
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
Ability to provide learning recourses to meet pupils needs
Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
Positive role model who is enthusiastic and motivated
Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure the best outcome for pupils
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
Hold a level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working in a primary school setting
Ability to demonstrate strong communication and organisation skills
Proactive approach to supporting children
Team worker but also confident working independently
Knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
