Marketing Coordinator

Your Tasks

You will proactively drive artwork execution and master data management through each stage of the process, taking full ownership of OTIF (On time in full) and compliant delivery. Maintaining a holistic view of the workflow, you will keep key stakeholders informed at every step. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance in artworks and master data will be essential to successful product launches and brand consistency.

In addition, you will collaborate on projects with the marketing team, helping to streamline processes and enable impactful product launches.

Highly organised and dependable, you will play a key role in streamlining the artwork localisation process across the UK&I. This includes coordinating all artwork localisations for the UK and relevant countries, while managing master data, the Lead Country Portaland PIM for the UK&I.
