The school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant/TA with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be confident and adaptable across all Key Stages, providing 1:1 support and helping students meet their milestones. The role requires the ability to manage challenging behaviors and collaborate closely with teachers to support classroom activities.

The ideal Teaching Assistant/TA will have:

• Experience working with SEMH needs
• A calm, patient, and caring personality
• Knowledge of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience supporting students in 1:1 and small group settings
• Excellent classroom management skills
