Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and approachable Careers Advisor to support individuals in Balsall Heath with their next steps in education, training, and employment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys empowering others and helping them build confidence in their future pathways.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:

Delivering one‑to‑one careers guidance and employability support

Assisting with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and career planning

Running group workshops and employability sessions

Building strong links with local employers, training providers, and community organisations

Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress

What We're Looking For
Experience in careers guidance, employability, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A supportive, motivating approach

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload

Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to start ASAP
