About the Role:
Teacher Active is excited to present a rare and exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager to take the reins of a brand-new Private Nursery based in Ladywood, Birmingham.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only qualified and experienced, but who brings energy, vision, and a can-do attitude to every corner of the nursery. This is your chance to build a strong, supportive, and inspiring environment for both staff and little learners alike — and truly put your stamp on something special.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a passionate and dedicated team in a brand new nursery setting
Creating a nurturing and stimulating space where children thrive
Supporting staff, children, and families with care and confidence
Developing engaging activities to support early development
Keeping the nursery organised, happy, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing or supervising in a private nursery setting
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
An enthusiastic and motivational attitude
Someone who’s reliable, passionate and thrives on making a difference
