Sports Coach - Birmingham Sports Coach / PE Cover Supervisor in Birmingham

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and confident Sports Coaches to work across a range of Secondary Schools in the Birmingham area, delivering PE lessons and supporting classroom-based learning when required.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sports coaching, PE, youth work, or education, who are confident managing groups of students and promoting positive behaviour and engagement.

To be considered, you must have experience working with secondary-aged students and be comfortable supervising whole classes, following set lesson plans, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

• Experience working with secondary-age students (KS3-KS4 essential, KS5 desirable)
• Background in sports coaching, PE, education, or youth work
• Confident leading PE sessions and supervising general classroom-based lessons
• Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
• Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire students aged 11-16
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Delivering pre-planned PE lessons
• Supervising students during classroom-based cover lessons when required
