Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant - Selly Oak (3-4 YOs)

Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a difference in young children's lives? Aspire People is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly nursery school in Selly Oak, working with 3-4-year-olds.

The Role:

Support the lead practitioner in delivering high-quality learning experiences for 3-4-year-old children.
Assist with daily routines, activities, and play-based learning.
Provide personal care and support, ensuring the children's comfort and well-being.
Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:
Level 3 Childcare / Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning / equivalent qualification (essential).
PFA (Paediatric First Aid) is desirable but not essential - training can be provided.
Comfortable with providing personal care as part of the role.
Experience in a nursery or early years setting is advantageous.
