Early Years Lead – Primary School Setting We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Lead to join a welcoming one-form entry primary school on a full-time, long-term ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities
The Early Years Lead will:

Lead and oversee the Early Years provision across Nursery and Reception
Ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with EYFS
Monitor pupil progress and use data to drive improvement
Support and develop Early Years staff
Lead curriculum planning and maintain strong practice across the phase
Build positive relationships with parents/carers and external agencies
Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have strong EYFS knowledge and leadership experience
Be an inspiring, reflective practitioner
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for all children
