Teaching Assistant Vacancy at James Brindley
James Brindley is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience working with young people with autism and SEMH needs, from KS2 up to GCSE level and beyond. The successful candidate should be capable of supporting individual students or small groups, implementing behavior management strategies consistently and effectively, and assisting in a classroom environment. A good standard of education, including Math and English GCSE at C (or equivalent), and NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent, is essential.
