Teacher - Maternity Cover

Class Teacher Required for September 2026 – Maternity cover MPS/UPS – Full time

Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join our St. Bernard’s family on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave absence. We are looking for someone who:

• Understands and respects the Catholic ethos of our school
• Is a consistently good or better teacher
• Has high expectations of both pupils and themselves
• Is enthusiastic and motivated
• Is a team player
• A willingness to be responsible for an aspect of the curriculum or phase
• Has experience of supporting and developing others
