Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to deliver high quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 desirable, starting in February at a vibrant secondary school in Gloucester.

• Planning and delivering engaging, imaginative Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Developing students' performance, scriptwriting, and analytical skills.
• Creating a positive learning environment that sparks creativity and builds confidence.
• Preparing students for practical assessments, performances, and written components of the course.
• Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and expressive communication.
• Monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting individual development.
• Effectively utilising classroom and technical support to enhance learning.
• Maintaining high expectations of behaviour, participation, and performance standards.

• Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus).
• A recognised teaching qualification and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
