Spanish Teacher - The Role

In the heart of Newham, a secondary school is seeking a Spanish Teacher to start ASAP. This is a temporary position for the right candidate. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Spanish Teacher who can add value to a dynamic and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department.

• Deliver engaging language lessons across reading, writing, speaking, and listening for KS3 and KS4 students.
• Effectively manage behaviour in the classroom to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to the weiter development of the Modern Foreign Languages department.

• Experience engaging KS3 and KS4 students in Spanish.
• Ability to plan and deliver lessons across reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour for learning skills.
• Open to ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and candidates available to start ASAP.

This secondary school accommodates approximately 1,100 pupils aged 11-19. The environment is positive, inclusive, and supportive for both staff and students.
