Science Teacher

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teachers to join a supportive secondary school in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Science Teacher looking for either short-term or long-term positions, allowing you to make a real difference in students’ learning and engagement.

As a Science Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, help students progress in science, and contribute positively to the wider school environment.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons as a Science Teacher across the secondary curriculum
• Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress
• Maintain excellent classroom management in line with school policies
• Good Behaviour Management
• Contribute to departmental planning and meetings as required
• Promote the safeguarding, wellbeing, and academic growth of all students

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 6 months UK experience Teaching in a school
• Ability to teach science confidently across multiple key stages
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Flexibility to work in short-term or long-term roles as a Science Teacher

• This Science Teacher role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
• Two references covering a minimum of two years are required
