We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools on a short-term, long-term and ongoing basis.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant working across Birmingham, you will:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help pupils reach their potential

Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour

Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND where required

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children (school-based experience)

Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport quickly

Reliability and willingness to travel to different schools across Birmingham

An enhanced DBS on the update service
