Pay: £90 £ 130 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Contract Type: Flexible / Day-to-Day Supply

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in mainstream secondary schools?

We are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day cover in mainstream secondary schools across Kings Heath and South Birmingham
. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value flexibility and want to work around existing commitments.

• Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Manage classrooms of approximately 30 students independently
• Maintain strong behaviour management and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide clear instructions and support students with their learning
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and senior leadership

• Minimum 6 months experience working in secondary schools
• Proven classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence to lead a class independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and professional

A strong subject specialism is highly desirable and will be considered a bonus.

• Competitive daily rate of £90 £ 130 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
