A welcoming primary school in Rednal is seeking dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their supportive EYFS team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and engaging early learning environment where every day is different.

• Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Support teaching and learning within Nursery and/or Reception
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to support early development
• Assist with phonics, early maths, and language development activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

• Supportive and friendly school team
• Opportunity to make a real difference in children's early learning journey

• Have experience working within Early Years (school or nursery setting)
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential with strong experience)
• Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Be confident supporting early phonics and number development
