Head of Art

We are looking for a Head of Art to monitor the delivery of the activity across the Trust and to ensure high standards in classroom practice, organisation and curriculum assessment. Many of our Young People have gaps in their education and we strive to implement creative teaching strategies to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage, enabling all our Young People to access learning and make expected progress.

You should be passionate about developing and supporting the needs of the whole child and committed to enabling all pupils to thrive. We are looking for a qualified teacher with tenacity, positivity and experience of teaching the subject at KS3 and KS4. You should have QTS and a track record as a consistently good practitioner.
