Primary Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years? We are seeking a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated school team in South Birmingham.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age‑appropriate activities.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to ensure every child thrives.
• Deliver phonics sessions.

• EYFS qualification – Level 3 is essential.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
• Must be available FULL TIME – Monday to Friday 8.30 – 3.30 pm.
