Primary Teacher – KS2 – Birmingham

I C Talent are currently working in partnership with a well-established primary school in Birmingham that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher. The school has a strong community ethos and is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning within a supportive and inclusive environment.

With a proactive leadership team and a collaborative staff culture, the school maintains high expectations for both pupils and staff. Classrooms are well-resourced, behaviour is well managed, and there is a strong focus on both academic achievement and personal development.

The Role:

* Full classroom responsibility for a KS2 class

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

* Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities

* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes

* Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies

* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and year group colleagues

* Build strong relationships with parents and carers

* Contribute to staff meetings, school events, and the wider school community

Job Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential

* Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2

* Strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum and assessment expectations

* Proven ability to raise attainment and support pupil progress

* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

* Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills

* A reflective and proactive approach to professional development

* A genuine commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
