A supportive and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a young girl with autism. This is a highly rewarding position where you will play a key role in helping her grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide consistent, nurturing support to a primary-aged pupil with autism.
Help develop her confidence, communication skills, and emotional regulation.
Adapt learning activities and resources to ensure she can access the curriculum.
Encourage independence and establish a positive, trusting relationship.
Work in close partnership with the class teacher and SEN team.
Contribute to a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment.
