About the Role

We are delighted to be working closely with an Outstanding-rated Nursery School in Selly Oak, where we have proudly supported them for over 3 years with long-term staff – many of whom have gone on to secure permanent roles.

The school is now looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their warm and welcoming team. This full-time role will see you supporting the classroom and taking responsibility for your own small group of key children. For the right person, there’s a real opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

‍ What We’re Looking For

The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will have:

At least 6 months’ experience working in an EYFS setting.
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
A kind, caring, and patient approach.
Strong initiative and a hard-working attitude.
A genuine passion for supporting young children in their learning and development.
