Aspire People is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton. This full‑time role is available immediately, offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to guide pupils through their final year of primary school and prepare them for SATs and secondary transition.

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons for Year 6
• Prepare pupils for SATs with targeted support and intervention
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Track, assess, and report on pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SLT, and parents
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and uphold safeguarding standards

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learners
• A proactive, organised, and supportive approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
