About the Role

An Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English and Maths Intervention Tutor to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted English and Maths interventions to pupils across KS1 and KS2

  • Support pupils to achieve curriculum objectives and close learning gaps

  • Monitor progress and report outcomes to class teachers and leadership

  • Contribute to the overall academic development and wellbeing of pupils

Person Specification
  • Qualified teacher or tutor with experience in primary English and Maths interventions

  • Strong understanding of curriculum requirements and assessment strategies

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
