Flourish Education are delighted to be recruiting a Year 4 Class Teacher to work in a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Aston
. This is a full-time role
, with the potential to become permanent from the following academic year

The school is seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher who shares these values and can contribute positively to the wider school community.

As a Year 4 Class Teacher in our partner school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons using planning that is already in place
, working closely with a Teaching Assistant, maintaining high standards of behaviour, marking in line with school policy, safeguarding pupils, and attending staff meetings where required.

This Year 4 Class Teacher role is due to start in Easter 2026 and will continue until July 2026
. Working hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
, with staff meetings held on Wednesdays.

• Experience teaching in KS2
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / ECT status
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Commitment to the role
• A strong reference from a recent employer or school placement

• A competitive daily rate up to £145
  , equivalent to £28,275 per annum
