As Headteacher, you will lead a passionate team to continue building a legacy rooted in high expectations and a deep sense of belonging.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear strategic vision and School Improvement Plan (SIP).
• Teaching and Learning: Secure and sustain effective teaching standards, utilising national benchmarks to drive student achievement.
• Curriculum Development: Lead the implementation of a broad and balanced curriculum, including the ASPIRE curriculum and the WAT Pledge.
• Staff Management: Lead, motivate and develop staff through high‑quality professional development and an effective appraisal system.
• Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community to enhance teaching and community cohesion.
• Accountability: Provide objective advice and performance data to the Director of Education and the Local Community Committee.
