Fixed‑term contract. Salary: £13.50 per hour (21 and over) £10 per hour (20 and under). To be reviewed in April 2026. We have camps at Hatherop Castle School, Cricklade Manor Prep, Rupert House School, High March School, Westonbirt School, The Mead School & St Faith’s Prep.

Overview:

ResponsibilitiesTo be responsible for the overall wellbeing and happiness of the children in your care.
To help deliver a programme of daily activities suitable for the age range of the children in a safe environment.
Follow activity plans and instructions provided by the Camp Manager.
Lead and supervise a group of children during daily activities, games, and outings.
To promote the ethos of Discover Activity Camps, providing an exceptional role model to children in your care.
Promotion of exceptional safeguarding practices at all times, including awareness or recording and reporting procedure in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy.
To be responsible for the security of the premises in which activities are undertaken.
To ensure that buildings and rooms are adequately secured upon departure through the use of door codes and locks.
Provide a friendly welcome to all holiday club attendees, meeting and greeting parents, signing children in at the start of the day and out at the end of the day.
Accompany children around the site to different activities, supervising lunch and supervising open play sessions.
