Nursery Teacher

Supply Heroes are currently recruiting for a strong and passionate EYFS/ NUrsery Teacher to work in a welcoming primary school in Ladywood, Birmingham, starting September 2026.

This opportunity is ideal for a teacher who genuinely loves working with early years pupils and understands the importance of building strong foundations through engaging, creative, and structured learning.

The Role:

• Teaching within a Nursery class
• Experience with Little Wandle - Phonics
• Delivering high-quality EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework
• Creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Supporting pupils social, emotional and academic development
• Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider EYFS team

The school is open to either:

• Full-time commitment, or
• Job share arrangement (part-time) for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - ECTs Welcome
• Have strong experience within EYFS or Nursery
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Be creative, patient and enthusiastic
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
