Classroom Support Assistant

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

Do you enjoy supporting children as they learn, build confidence, and achieve their best? As a Classroom Support Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils succeed—whether you’re working in a lively primary classroom or supporting older students in secondary school.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our team across Crawley and nearby areas. Whether you're after consistent work or flexible day-to-day roles, we’ll match you with schools where your support truly makes a difference.

• Supporting teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom routines
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils
• Helping create a welcoming, inclusive learning environment
• Assisting pupils with different learning styles and additional needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and active engagement
• Working closely with staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

• Experience working with children (any age group is welcome!)
• A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
• Confidence supporting a range of learning needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
