About the Role
PK Education are currently recruiting for a qualified and dedicated SEND Teacher to work full time within SEND/SEMH schools across Birmingham and Coventry. This is a long‑term opportunity, ideal for an experienced teacher who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEND needs, ensuring a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role requires strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Previous experience working with SEND students (specialist or mainstream settings)
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEND/SEMH needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Adaptability across different classroom environments
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Professional references covering the last 2 years (from professional email addresses)
