SEN TeacherLocation: HarbornePay: £150-£180 per day (PAYE)
A specialist education setting in Harborne is looking to appoint a committed and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils with autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs. This role is ideal for a teacher who understands the importance of structure, patience, and flexibility within specialist provision, and who values progress in all its forms - academic, social, and emotional.
About the RoleDeliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
Teach and support pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning profiles
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff to ensure consistency and stability
Implement effective behaviour and regulation strategies
Well-established specialist provision in Harborne
Strong leadership team with a clear vision and supportive ethos
Small classes with high staff-to-pupil ratios
QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience working with SEN learners, or a genuine passion for specialist education
Ability to commute to or work locally within Harborne
Competitive daily pay of £150-£180 (PAYE)
Ongoing support from experienced education consultants
