This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about guiding students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs toward meaningful education and career pathways.

• Provide tailored careers guidance for SEMH students
• Support pupils with college, apprenticeship, and employment options
• Deliver one-to-one sessions, workshops, and group activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies
• Help students develop confidence, independence, and employability skills

• Previous experience in careers advice, guidance, or education
• Knowledge of SEMH needs and strategies for supporting these pupils
• Strong communication, empathy, and motivational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external organisations
