Business Lecturer (BTEC)
Permanent | Full Time

Salary: £34,400 - £41,140 per annum
Think FE is working with a well‑regarded further education college in Northamptonshire to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FE Business Lecturer or a secondary school Business teacher looking to transition into further education.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and high‑quality BTEC Business lessons
- Plan, prepare and assess learner work in line with awarding body requirements
- Support student achievement, retention and progression
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement activities
- Maintain accurate learner records and provide constructive feedback
- A degree in Business or a related subject
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards an AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training)
- Experience teaching Business Studies in further education or secondary education
