Level Teaching Assistant and General Learning Support Assistant

Our OFSTED‑rated ‘Good’ school is looking for a highly skilled HLTA to provide cover across KS1 and KS2, both planned and unplanned. The role requires knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curricula and a good understanding of the grammar and mathematics taught at these levels. Hours will be dedicated to each role with flexibility to meet the ever‑changing needs of the school.

• Outstanding practitioner with proven HLTA experience.
• Demonstrated good listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to challenge and support pupils’ learning.
• Commitment to active learning.
• Use of initiative and ability to take on others’ ideas.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing school day.
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Knowledge of KS2 curriculum and end‑of‑key‑stage expectations.
