• Deliver 1:1 support to Early Years Foundation Stage students, focusing on their progress and attainment
• Follow and adapt the curriculum effectively in collaboration with teaching staff
• Confidently manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Communicate clearly and positively with parents and colleagues
• Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach in all tasks
• Support students in a nurturing and inclusive environment

• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
• Strong confidence in behaviour management and supporting SEND pupils
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
• Desire to pursue a career in Teacher Training or further education
• Flexible, adaptive, and proactive approach
