Nudge Education in Birmingham is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalized 1:1 support to young people with special educational needs. This community-based role focuses on delivering tailored interventions beyond traditional classrooms, building trust and resilience among vulnerable students.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience working with young people facing challenges. The position offers flexible hours at a rate of £16–£25 per hour, based on experience, alongside opportunities for training and development.
