What You'll Be Doing- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence
- Providing targeted interventions to support pupil progress
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
- Supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience within a primary school setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Knowledge of phonics and intervention programmes
- Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Supportive and approachable leadership team
- Friendly and collaborative staff culture
- Well-resourced learning environment
