We're delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our friendly, supportive, and passionate team at Wilson Stuart School. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential personal care to our students, including assistance with toileting and personal needs, always ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Beyond personal care, you will also play an important role in providing pastoral support—helping our pupils feel safe, valued, and understood throughout the school day.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly desirable, as they will enable you to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, and support students' overall wellbeing.
