- A proven track record of successful school improvement across multiple schools, phases or contexts.
- Significant experience of senior educational leadership.
- A deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and inclusion.
- Strong strategic leadership and influencing skills.
- A commitment to equity, safeguarding and improving life chances for all children.
- The ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Relevant degree and postgraduate qualification.
- NPQEL or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Evidence of recent and relevant professional development.
