The RoleThey are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher who can shape the future of the school through strong leadership, clear strategy, and high expectations. You will work alongside the Headteacher to drive standards, culture, and long‑term success for this amazing setting.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be able to lead and inspire while ensuring everything you and your team do will benefit the children you support. You will combine strong leadership skills with a clear understanding of teaching and learning, communicate well with staff and stakeholders, and balance day‑to‑day operational demands with long‑term strategic planning.
Requirements- Leadership Experience – A Deputy or aspiring Deputy Head Teacher
- Teaching and Learning – Great understanding of what happens in the classroom
- Communication – Confident verbal and written communication with staff, governors, parents, and children
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate
- Career Commitment – A strong commitment to leadership, pupil outcomes, and the continued success of the school
