About the Role

Marlborough Primary School, part of Leigh Trust, is looking to appoint qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants for the term‑time period of 32.5 hours. The role supports high expectations, inspires pupils and delivers creative learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Support classroom teaching and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to raise standards.
  • Maintain safeguarding and wellbeing of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents and external partners.
  • Engage pupils before, during and after the school day through appropriate strategies.
Qualifications
  • GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade C or above – essential.
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant with a track record of raising standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team to improve practice.
  • Dedication to safeguarding, wellbeing and overall child welfare.
