The role of Senior Activity Instructor is to deliver outstanding, structured sports sessions, arts and crafts, and games to groups of children across our Ultimate Activity Camps, with emphasis on participation, structure and development. You will also have a pastoral role, acting as a group leader and key contact for the children on camp.

This is a roaming role; the instructor will not be assigned to one camp but will be given a weekly route across camps within their local area, and must react to emergency changes at short notice. Successful candidates work across multiple programmes and positions, may support the Camp Manager in carrying out their duties, support new staff and liaise with the Head Office.
