ResponsibilitiesAs a Specialist Mentor, you will work one-on-one with students to provide tailored support.
- Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
- Improving organisational skills, including effective time management.
- Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps.
- Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life.
- Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences.
- Boosting students' confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths.
- Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
This is a specialist role. You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level.

Desired Skills & Attributes- High level of empathy and a deep understanding of others' needs.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or learning difficulties.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent personal organisational and time management skills.
- £31.38 pay per hour (this includes your holiday pay)
