Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive school setting in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where required.
• Encourage student confidence, independence, and social development.

• QTS / PGCE.
• Experience working with SEN pupils is a must.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
